Mentorship vs Coaching vs Co-Coaching
In one of our blogs, we explored the differences between mentorship, coaching, and co-coaching; perhaps you'd like to share your experiences. In our experience, mentorship tends to be used for the ITE of NQTs, but should it be facilitated more for career progression in education? Additionally, we noted that our experience showed us that coaching tends to be a stand-alone practice rather than integrated with co-coaching. Have you experienced any better practices? It'd be awesome to hear your own thoughts on the subject!
